Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Watsell, operated by WS Technologies of Baghdad, Iraq. By creating an account or using the service you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.

By using Watsell you agree to comply with the WhatsApp Business Policy and the Meta Platform Terms. These are set by Meta, not by us, and they can change without our involvement.

You are responsible for the content sent through your account, including messages generated by the assistant on your instructions. You must have a lawful basis for messaging the people you message.

Sending unsolicited bulk messages, or otherwise breaching WhatsApp policy, will result in suspension of your account. We may suspend immediately and without notice where we believe continued use puts other customers or our Meta access at risk.

Watsell generates replies using an automated language model. Its output can be wrong. You are responsible for reviewing what it tells your customers and for configuring your knowledge base accurately.

We do not guarantee that a reply will be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for any particular purpose, and we are not party to any agreement the assistant appears to make on your behalf.

Watsell is a software provider. We are not responsible for action Meta takes against your WhatsApp Business account, your Facebook Page, or your access to their APIs — including suspension or permanent ban — whether or not it results from how you use our platform.

We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service depends on third parties including Meta, Groq, Neon and Vercel, and can be disrupted by their outages.

Subscription fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable, including for partial periods and for accounts suspended for breach of these terms. We will give notice before changing prices.

You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend an account that breaches these terms. On termination you can request deletion of your data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect losses.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, and the courts of Baghdad have exclusive jurisdiction.
