User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whether or not you keep using Watsell.

بالعربية: يمكنك أن تطلب منا حذف بياناتك في أي وقت، سواء استمررت في استخدام Watsell أم لا.

1. Email info@watsell.ai with the subject line “Delete My Data”.
2. Include the business email address and phone number registered on the account, so we can confirm the request comes from the account holder.
3. We will delete your data within 7 business days and confirm by email once it is done.

بالعربية: راسلنا على info@watsell.ai واجعل موضوع الرسالة “Delete My Data” · وأدرج البريد الإلكتروني للمحل ورقم هاتفه المسجلين في الحساب، حتى نتأكد من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب · وسنحذف بياناتك خلال 7 أيام عمل ونؤكد لك ذلك بالبريد الإلكتروني فور الانتهاء.

You do not need an account here, and you should not send us the business details above. If you wrote to a shop on WhatsApp, Messenger or Instagram and that shop uses Watsell, we may hold your profile name, your Instagram username and your profile picture, which we get from Meta rather than from your message. If you wrote to the shop on TikTok, we may hold your TikTok username, which TikTok sends with your message.

1. Email info@watsell.ai with the subject line “Delete My Data”.
2. Tell us the name of the shop you messaged, and the WhatsApp number or the Instagram, Facebook or TikTok username you messaged them from. That is what identifies you to us - we have no other way to find you, and we will not ask you for anything else.
3. We will remove your stored name, username and profile picture within 7 business days.

Your messages to that shop stay with the shop. They are the record of your conversation with that business, the shop controls them, and you can ask the shop directly to delete them.

بالعربية: إذا راسلت محلاً يستخدم Watsell على واتساب أو ماسنجر أو إنستغرام، فقد يكون لدينا اسمك الظاهر على حسابك ومعرّفك على إنستغرام وصورة حسابك، وهذه نحصل عليها من Meta لا من رسالتك. وإذا راسلت المحل على تيك توك، فقد يكون لدينا اسم مستخدمك على تيك توك، الذي يرسله تيك توك مع رسالتك. ولست بحاجة إلى حساب لدينا، ولا ترسل إلينا بيانات صاحب الحساب المذكورة أعلاه. راسلنا على info@watsell.ai واجعل موضوع الرسالة “Delete My Data” · وأخبرنا باسم المحل الذي راسلته، وبالرقم أو المعرّف الذي راسلته منه، سواء أكان رقم واتساب أم معرّفاً على إنستغرام أو فيسبوك أو تيك توك، فهذا هو ما يُعرّفك لدينا، وليس لدينا سبيل آخر للعثور عليك، ولن نطلب منك شيئاً آخر · وسنحذف ما نحفظه من اسمك ومعرّفك وصورتك خلال 7 أيام عمل. أما رسائلك فتبقى عند المحل، لأنها سجل محادثتك معه وهو الذي يتحكم فيها، ويمكنك أن تطلب منه حذفها مباشرةً.

• Your account, business details and login
• Your knowledge base and assistant instructions
• Stored conversation history, including transcripts of customer messages
• Your customers’ stored profile names, Instagram usernames and profile pictures, which we obtained from Meta
• Your customers’ stored TikTok usernames and your TikTok conversations, if your shop connected TikTok

بالعربية: يُحذف حسابك وتفاصيل محلك وبيانات الدخول · وقاعدة معرفتك وتعليمات مساعدك · وسجل المحادثات المحفوظ، بما فيه نصوص رسائل عملائك · وما نحفظه من أسماء عملائك على حساباتهم ومعرّفاتهم على إنستغرام وصورهم، وجميعها حصلنا عليها من Meta · وأسماء مستخدمي عملائك على تيك توك ومحادثات تيك توك، إن كان محلك قد ربط تيك توك.

Messages held inside your own WhatsApp Business account or Facebook Page are controlled by you and Meta, not by us. To remove those, use Meta’s own tools or contact Meta directly. Messages held inside your own TikTok account are likewise controlled by you and TikTok.

We may retain limited records where the law requires it. Anything kept for that reason is not used for any other purpose.

بالعربية: الرسائل المحفوظة داخل حساب واتساب للأعمال الخاص بك أو صفحتك على فيسبوك تخضع لسيطرتك أنت وسيطرة Meta، لا لسيطرتنا. ولحذفها استخدم أدوات Meta نفسها أو راسل Meta مباشرةً. وكذلك الرسائل المحفوظة داخل حسابك على تيك توك تخضع لسيطرتك أنت وسيطرة تيك توك. وقد نحتفظ بسجلات محدودة إذا اقتضى القانون ذلك، وما نحتفظ به لهذا السبب لا يُستخدم لأي غرض آخر.

Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Your assistant will stop replying to customers as soon as the account is removed.

بالعربية: الحذف نهائي ولا يمكن التراجع عنه. ويتوقف مساعدك عن الرد على عملائك فور إزالة الحساب.
