User Data Deletion Instructions

You can ask us to delete your data at any time, whether or not you keep using Watsell.
How to request deletion
- Email info@watsell.ai with the subject line “Delete My Data”.
- Include the business email address and phone number registered on the account, so we can confirm the request comes from the account holder.
- We will delete your data within 7 business days and confirm by email once it is done.
What gets deleted
- Your account, business details and login
- Your knowledge base and assistant instructions
- Stored conversation history, including transcripts of customer messages
What we cannot delete
Messages held inside your own WhatsApp Business account or Facebook Page are controlled by you and Meta, not by us. To remove those, use Meta’s own tools or contact Meta directly.
We may retain limited records where the law requires it. Anything kept for that reason is not used for any other purpose.
Deleting your account ends the service
Deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. Your assistant will stop replying to customers as soon as the account is removed.
